Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Beejlabs ("we", "us") covering your use of BodhaIQ: the app at app.bodhaiq.com, our iOS and Android apps, and our website. By creating an account or using BodhaIQ you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. Contact us at support@beejlabs.com.

Accounts

• You must be an adult (18 or older, or the age of majority where you live) to create an account. A parent or guardian may add learner profiles for children in their household and is responsible for how those children use BodhaIQ.
• You sign in with Google or Apple and are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has access to it.
• Give accurate information, including each learner's age, so lessons are appropriate.

Free access and subscriptions

• Some content is free, such as diagnostics and sample lessons. Other content requires a paid subscription. What is included is shown in the app before you subscribe.
• Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period at the price shown when you subscribed, until you cancel. We will tell you in advance of any price change, and you can cancel before it applies.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. You can cancel at any time from Profile in the app; access continues until the end of the period you already paid for.
• Except where the law requires otherwise, payments are non-refundable. If something went wrong, contact us and we will look at it.

Using BodhaIQ

You may use BodhaIQ for personal, non-commercial learning. You agree not to:

• copy, resell, or redistribute lessons or other content;
• scrape, reverse engineer, or interfere with the service or its security;
• access another person's account or data;
• use display names or uploads that are offensive, harmful, or infringe someone else's rights.

Content

Lessons, questions, images, audio, and software in BodhaIQ belong to Beejlabs or its licensors. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use them through BodhaIQ while your account is in good standing.

Anything you or your learners create or upload, such as recordings, photos, and handwriting, remains yours. You give us permission to store and process it only to provide the service to you.

Some BodhaIQ content is produced with the help of AI tools. We work to make it accurate, but mistakes can happen. BodhaIQ is a study aid: it does not replace a teacher, and we do not guarantee any grade, test score, or admission outcome. Please report errors to us.

Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time in the app under Profile → Delete Account, which also cancels an active subscription. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put other users at risk. Where we can, we will tell you first.

Changes

We may update BodhaIQ and these terms. For material changes to these terms we will notify account holders in the app or by email before they take effect. If you keep using BodhaIQ afterwards, the updated terms apply.

Disclaimers

BodhaIQ is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Beejlabs is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost data or profits. Our total liability for any claim relating to BodhaIQ is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law or affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

App stores

If you downloaded BodhaIQ from the Apple App Store or Google Play, these terms are between you and Beejlabs, not Apple or Google. Apple and Google have no obligation to provide support or maintenance for BodhaIQ. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.
